LCLGRPB is seeking proposals from qualified firms to assist LCLGRPB staff with facilitation of public engagement, plan document layout and formatting, GIS mapping, and diagrammatic planning-level graphics, as needed for the development of the Town of Johnsburg Comprehensive Plan. Public engagement will include up to five in-person events and additional virtual roundtable discussions. GIS Maps include, but are not limited to, project area context map, sub-area/hamlet area maps, current land use/land cover, future land use, population density, State owned lands and recreational resources, infrastructure and public utilities, and historic, cultural and scenic resources. Additional maps may be requested for public outreach events. Planning-level graphics and visualizations will be needed for priority sites throughout the community based on input received from the Comprehensive Plan Committee and the public.
