LCLGRPB-03-25 – Eastern Hemlock Assessment for the Lake George Watershed

The Lake Champlain – Lake George Regional Planning Board (LCLGRPB), the federally designated Economic Development District for Clinton, Essex, Hamilton, Warren, and Washington Counties of New York State, is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct mapping, analysis, and planning for an Eastern Hemlock Assessment within the Lake George Watershed.

The selected consultant will work in close coordination with LCLGRPB staff to develop the Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) that meets the requirements of the Lake Champlain Basin Program (LCBP). In addition to leading the development of the QAPP, the consultant will also be responsible for implementing or coordinating components of the assessment project.

Proposals may be submitted by mail or electronic mail only, no later than August 1, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Late proposals will not be considered.

Proposals delivered by mail require two (2) print copies of the proposal and a thumb drive with a digital version (single PDF document) of the proposal. Proposal must be received in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal Enclosed –LCLGRPB-03-25 – Eastern Hemlock Assessment for the Lake George Watershed” at the following mailing address:
