LAKE GEORGE SMALL PROJECT FUND

The Small Project Fund is helping bring new energy to downtown Lake George.

As a key part of the Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI), this program supports community-focused improvements that make downtown more vibrant, welcoming, and economically strong.

Through targeted financial assistance, the fund empowers local property owners and businesses to invest in projects that enhance both the appearance and functionality of their spaces. Eligible improvements include storefront and façade upgrades, interior renovations, code compliance improvements, weatherization projects, and other enhancements that contribute to a thriving downtown environment.

By supporting small-scale projects with big community impact, the Small Project Fund is helping preserve the character of Lake George while encouraging investment, supporting local businesses, and creating a more attractive experience for residents and visitors alike.
